Multi-award-winning Nigerian artiste, Ayodeji Balogun, popularly known as Wizkid, has been announced as one of the headliners at the Rolling Loud Festival.
The biggest hiphop festival in the world which extends to Miami, New York, and Southern California will be happening in Toronto, Canada for the first time.
The Toronto installment also has American rapper Future and British superstar, Dave as other headliners, and will take place from the 9th to the 11th of September, 2022.
The festival organisers posted a tweet on Tuesday which read, “This is our first year in Canada and we’re hyped! Rolling Loud Toronto is the beginning of something beautiful for the city.”

Dave will headline the opening night on September 9th, Future will follow up with his performance on Saturday, September 10th while WizKid closes out the three-day festival on September 11th.
Other artistes such as Lil Uzi Vert, Migos, Roddy Ricch, Trippie Redd, Bia, Lil Yachty, Skepta, will also be performing at the festival.

The Rolling Loud tickets will be on sale from Friday, April 29 at 12 p.m. ET.
However, Wizkid revealed that he was paid a whopping sum of $1 million (N585 million) to headline the music festival.
In a post on his Instagram story, Wizkid wrote: “Afro N***a! $1 Million to pop out”.
