Music Review: “Na So (The Original)” – Zeeksedso

Zeeksedso

Some songs tell a story, others are the story; “NA SO” by Zeeksedso is the second one.

“Na So” meaning “This is how it is.” From the first few seconds of the song, Zeeksedso came in with that calm confidence of someone who has seen God’s hand and can’t keep quiet about it. No big intro, no hype, just the truth and it is what makes this record feel so original. It’s not trying to sound like anything else on the charts right now.

Production-wise, it’s simple but powerful; soft keys, light percussion, and space for the vocals to lead. It feels like a church service and a personal prayer at the same time. The mix is clean, nothing is cluttered. You can tell the goal wasn’t to chase trends, it was was to make sure the message is passed and it does. The production lets you focus on the words, the emotion, and that undeniable sincerity in Zeeksedso’s voice.

Zeeksedso sang like someone who’s been through something; there’s gratitude in his tone, but also wonder. He was not just performing worship, he was testifying. When he goes up, it doesn’t feel forced and when he pulls back, it feels intimate, like he’s talking directly to God and to you at the same time.

And the backup vocals? They’re doing heavy lifting here, they don’t just harmonize, they respond, they lift and create that congregation feel even if you’re listening alone with earphones. It turns the song into a journey. One minute you’re reflecting, the next minute you’re nodding, the next you’re saying “thank you Jesus” under your breath.

“NA SO” is about acknowledging God’s faithfulness. It’s about looking at your life and saying “only God could have done this.” In an era, when a lot of music is loud and fast, this song chooses stillness, it chooses honesty. I believe people will go back to this in testimony seasons, in hard seasons, in quiet mornings. “NA SO” is worship that feels lived-in.
