Last Idea Koncept, a subsidiary of Last Idea Media House Nigeria Limited has issued a disclaimer for former employee, Adeniyi Shodipo not to represent the company.
In a rare statement on Saturday by chief executive Lawal Shehu Tijani, the company warned that “any person or group that further engages him or his representatives/associates does so at their own peril”.

The public is hereby notified that MR ADENIYI SHODIPO, whose photograph appears above is no longer affiliated with Last Idea Koncept, a subsidiary of LAST IDEA MEDIA HOUSE NIG LTD RC1887618, and has no authority to represent it or carry out any business in the name of the organisation.
It has come to our attention that Mr. Shodipo has been allegedly involved in using the name of our chief executive, Mr LAWAL SHEHU TIJANI, to carry out fraudulent business activities and engage in unethical practices such as loan collection, production management, Art Direction etc .
Last Idea Koncept wishes to clarify that Mr. Shodipo is no longer affiliated with our company in any way. Any business dealings with Mr. Shodipo are undertaken solely at your own risk. Last Idea Koncept will not be held liable for any damages or losses incurred as a result of such dealings whether past or present.
We urge the public to exercise caution and conduct thorough due diligence before engaging in any business transactions with Mr. Adeniyi Shodipo.
