The Gunners were looking for a rare away win this season, while the Roy Hodgson’s side was seeking to extend their unbeaten run at home.
Shkodran Mustafi opened scoring for Arsenal with a composed finish, but Andros Townsend equalized for Palace at the start of the second half.
Sanchez scored twice to give Arsene Wenger’s men a comfortable lead, before James Tomkins headed in a late consolation.
The win takes Arsenal to sixth place with 37 points, while Palace are 16th with 18 points.
